RIP, Dave.  Didn't know you very well ih HS, but got to know you quite well through the car club.  Talked with you many hours on many occasions.   You were a great guy --one the car club will surly miss.  Dave did have diabetes,  but was taking good care of himself in that aspect.   It is believed he may have died of a heart attack.  It is not definite, but they think that is what it was.  Tried talking him into coming to our 50th reunion, but he just wouldn't do it.  It would have been nice for old friends to have been able to see hime one more time!

RIP Dave.  Spent many hours just shooting the s**t at car shows.  We had a couple classes together at Bradford.  He said he'd go to the 50th if I did.  Well, neither one of us made it.  See ya buddy.......you'll be missed!

Michael is right about Dave always having a big smile. Infact, he had one the the BIGGEST, HAPPIEST smiles I can recall of all the guys I knew in my generation. I'll miss occasionally seeing him and pleasantly killing a quick twenty or even thirty minutes just BS-ing. That was another thing Dave always seemed to have plenty of.

MISS YOU brother.

Dave & I grew up in the same neighborhood.  We did thiings as teenagers that would have us in trouble with the law today.  Thankfully we never got caught !!!  If you needed information on an old classmate, Dave had it.  He kept in contact with as many friends as possible.  Always told a story with a smile on his face.  Will miss seeing him driving down the streets in his T-Bucket or his 40 Ford.  Dave will definitely be missed.

I had many lovely experiences with young love when I remember Dave. We had times that I will always remember that were passionate as far as young high school crushes can be. Too many of our classmates are passing too soon.  Dave, Ethel. Scotty. etc. & I had a great time in high school. Times I will always remember as the fun times in my life.....

I remember Dave during our Bicycle racing days at Washington Bowl.  We would train out on the highways together with other guys and race every Tuesday night.  Always a fun time when Dave was around. Rest in Peace my Friend!
